I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vienna, working on the sustainability of the Wide-field Spectroscopic Telescope.
What I do
Research on globular clusters
I focus on the puzzle of multiple stellar populations in globular clusters
Sustainability of astrophysical infrastructure
I am studying the environmental impact of the Wide-field Spectroscopic Telescope.
Teaching
I am a lecturer at the University of Vienna teaching a course called Sustainability in academia
Astronomers for planet Earth (A4E)
I am a steering group member of the grassroot movement A4E, aiming at using our position as astronomers to act in the climate crisis
Biography
I was born in Nantes, France, but I grew up in the Reunion Island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, where three of my passions started: astronomy, hiking, and surfing. At the age of 8, I observed for the first time the rings around Saturn and the spot on Jupiter from the Mâques observatory. That’s when I knew I would like to study astronomy.

I am actively involved in various projects and NGOs to act for a liveable future for all

In January and February, I travelled to Canary Islands by trains and boats to run the Transgrancanaria marathon. More than 8200km through Austria, France, and Spain.
